• Room photos you upload: To use the redesign feature, the photos you upload are processed solely for the purpose of generating a new AI-designed image.
• Account information (if applicable): Basic information you provide when signing up, such as your email address.
• Usage data: Basic, anonymized statistics about how you use the app may be collected to help us improve the app.

2. How Your Photos Are Processed

• The original room photo you upload is sent to our third-party AI service provider, fal.ai, solely to generate the new design.
• The image sent to fal.ai is used only for the image-generation process.
• We do not store your original room photo on our servers. Once AI processing is complete, the uploaded photo is deleted from our systems.
• We store only the AI-generated result image so you can view it again later or access your past designs.

3. Your Control Over Generated Images

AI-generated design images are linked to your account. You can delete these images at any time directly within the app. Deleted images are permanently removed from our systems.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Your data is never shared with any third party for marketing, advertising, or other commercial purposes, other than fal.ai as described above. The only data shared with fal.ai is the photo and its accompanying prompt text required for image generation.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Original uploaded room photos are deleted as soon as processing is complete.
• Generated design images are retained until you delete them or close your account.
• If you close your account, all associated data is deleted within a reasonable period.

7. Children's Privacy

Moodi does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that the app is being used by someone under 13, we will delete the relevant data.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to know what data of yours is stored, request deletion of your data, and close your account and all associated data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
